In 120 HS, 120mm dia pot placed on 136mm dia reserve disc top this arrangement leads to High Power Consumption. To avoid all the Technical snags we have made reserve disc Top and Bottom to correct proportion.

The above study results that the weights of spindle unit and drive system of spindles are not consuming high energy. The idea of the deflection plate and idea of the yarn balloon consumes high energy because of air resistance.
